Eddie Murphy & Mel B’s 16 Years Old Daughter Angel, Now A Transgender & Identifies As A ‘He’
Eddie Murphy and Mel B’s daughter Angel is the latest celebrity to come out as a trans-person. In the past few years, more and more teenage children of celebrities have been coming out as trans.
Dwyane Wade’s former son (now daughter) Zion Wade came out, changing her name to Zaya. And comedian Marlon Wayans former daughter (now son) also came out as trans earlier this year.
Now it’s Eddie’s daughter (possibly, now son’s) turn. Angel changed the profile designation on Instagram from “she” to “he.”
And that’s not the only changes that Angel has made. He’s cut off his long hair (which made him appear much more feminine) and is rocking a traditionally male haircut. To get an idea of the changes, this is what Angel used to look like:
This is what he look like now:
Mel B became the subject of tabloid stories during her relationship with the Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy, who is the biological father of Mel B’s second child, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, 16.
By early December 2006, Mel B and Murphy had separated. Murphy told a journalist that the parentage of Mel B’s then-unborn baby could not be proven until a paternity test was performed.
The following year, a court-ordered DNA test confirmed that Murphy was the child’s father. Murphy admitted paternity and indicated that he and Mel B had reached a paternity settlement of $7 million. Eddie has been paying child support for Angel ever since.
